The Future League programme is driven by our vision of enhancing, growing, and developing talent throughout our business. Future League is an opportunity for strategy specialists with more than 5 years management consulting experience to define and develop their careers within a JSE listed group.
Future League is a bespoke programme, championed by Group CEO, David Hurwitz, and backed by the founders of Transaction Capital. The programme gives candidates exclusive access to the CEO’s and executive management teams of Transaction Capital, SA Taxi, Transaction Capital Risk Services and WeBuyCars as well as other experienced leaders in specialised disciplines. Through this programme Transaction Capital is looking to develop the next generation of talent to leverage the opportunities that exist for the company in its next growth phase. The programme will allow candidates exposure to the inner workings of a diverse, entrepreneurial and market leading group of companies.

- Postgraduate qualification in disciplines highlighted below
- Minimum 6 years work experience, with 3 -5 years within a management consulting firm
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong numerical, research and analytical experience

Virtual interview
If you have been shortlisted, you will be sent a link to complete a virtual interview within a given timeframe.

Psychometric assessments
We will be conducting psychometric assessments as part of the evaluation.

Final interview
You will be tasked with business case exercise for your final interview conducted by senior executives.

During the course of the programme, the aim is for you to get insights into the Group and the different divisions and use this to inform your long-term placement in an area of your interest, where you will add value. This will be facilitated in collaboration with management and the human capital team.
- Each successful candidate will focus on a specific division, based on their skills, interests as well as alignment with business needs.

- Successful candidates will each be placed in one of the subsidiaries within the Transaction Capital Group (Transaction Capital Risk Services, SA Taxi, WeBuyCars or the Group Executive Office).
- The role will focus on market research and insights to inform the Group’s expansion strategy in areas such as digital debt collection, mobility, e-commerce, fintech, business outsource services, automotive as well as expansion into Africa and other international regions.
- You will have access to mentorship by industry and thought leaders as well as training, learning and development opportunities to drive career growth. This will be largely self-driven and dependant on your requirements.

- Successful candidates will then be required to complete psychometric assessments and a business case interview with senior management.
