What you need to qualify
Our 2-year rotational graduate programme is designed to incorporate both practical work experience and knowledge building, to provide an immersive graduate learning experience.

The rotational structure allows you to gain experience in the various areas within the business. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that will enable you to apply your knowledge and challenge yourself. The financial services industry can be unpredictable and requires an adaptable mind-set. This is why we aim to nurture our talent’s ability to harness the element of change and develop a growth mind-set.

Programme structure

The TCRS graduate programme is structured to provide a balance between technical training, as well as soft skills training, equipping trainees with skills that will set them apart in their careers. Future trainees will be supported by the HR and management teams along their career path.

We will take a mentorship approach to your learning, by assigning you a mentor who will guide and support you throughout the 2-year programme. You will receive a market-related salary and permanent placement upon successful completion of the programme. We offer a competitive salary package and training and development opportunities.

  • The TCRS Graduate Programme is a 2 year programme that will consist of rotations into different areas of the business (where appropriate); complex project work and immersive on the job learning.
  • You will be allocated a mentor and network of coaches to support your development throughout the programme.

  • We are looking for “decidedly different” graduates who enjoy a challenging fast paced environment.
  • Graduates with Bachelor’s degrees in relevant fields of study.

  • Well-rounded, with participation and interest outside of academics.
  • Strong academic background.

You will be required to include a 2-page CV, ID copy, Grade 12 and university results in your application If you have been referred to the programme by a TC group employee, please also include their full name and email address in your covering email.
  • If successful through initial screening, the recruitment team will be in contact to setup time for first round interviews. If you do not hear from the team within 30 days from the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
  • This will be followed by additional assessments as well as final panel interviews.

  • Once applications are closed, please expect to hear from our recruitment team within 7 days and then continuously until a decision is taken.

  • We accept a minimum of 10 graduate trainees a year.

  • Our Graduate trainee salaries are market-related.
